First, visit the Rufus website and click on the most recent version to download it.

After downloading, double click the file to install software on your computer.

Now, plug in the USB, and Rufus will automatically select it. Else choose the desired drive by clicking on the drop-down menu under the device section.

Now, under the boot selection field, click on the drop-down menu and then click on the ISO image option.

Then, to browse and choose the Windows 11 ISO file from the local storage, click on the 'SELECT' button.

After that, under the image option field, click on the drop-down menu and select the standard windows installation option.

Now, if the target machine is in the UEFI BIOS mode, select the 'GPT' under the partition scheme section, or if the targeted machine runs on the legacy BIOS system, select the 'MBR' mode.

The name for the drive and the file system will now be auto-populated by the Rufus, and it will cluster the size for your bootable USB drive.

Now, click on the start button to create the bootable USB drive.

Then, read the alert and click on 'OK' to start the process. Now, Rufus will take some time to configure the Windows 11 bootable USB.

Once Windows 11 bootable USB has been created, reinstall Windows 11 operating system by powering off the targeted device and then powering it on again.

Now, click on the F12 key to enter the BIOS menu.

Now, select the USB storage device option, and press enter under the boot menu present on the screen.

In the middle of the process, if your system stucks, do not turn off the system as your machine may take some time to get things going. After some time, see the Windows setup screen.

Now, select the preferred language, time format, and keyboard layout from the Windows setup screen and click on the 'Next' button.

Now, you have to click on the 'Install Now' button and click on the 'I do not have a product key' option.

If you want to change the Windows version, enter the new product key and click on the 'Next' button.

Now, choose the version of Windows 11 that you want to install.

Now, again click on the 'Next' button and read the end-user license agreement from Microsoft.

Then tick the 'I accept the license terms' checkbox and click on the 'Next.'

Now, you need to select between two types of installation. You can click on the 'custom: install windows only' option to remove the personal files, folder, and applications.

Else, click on the 'upgrade: Install windows and keep files, application, and settings' option to keep the files and folder intact.

Now, choose the partition you need to reinstall for Windows 11.

After selecting one, the file's information will be shown in an alert. Now, click on 'OK,' and Windows will start installing on your computer. The installation process might take some hours, and your PC may restart many times, which is normal behaviour while reinstalling any Windows version.
